Yabancıların 6111 Sayılı Teşvikten Yararlanma Durumunda Değişiklik Yapıldı

Yabancı uyruklu sigortalılar 2023/Kasım ayı/dönemi itibarıyla Türkiye İş Kurumuna işsiz olarak kaydedilmeyeceğinden, 2023/Kasım ayı/döneminden itibaren yabancı uyruklu sigortalılar için 4447 sayılı Kanun'un geçici 10 uncu maddesinde yer alan sigorta primi işveren hissesi desteği(6111  Sayılı  teşvik)kapsamında  belirlenen  mevcut  destek  sürelerine  ilave  6  aylık  süre eklenmeyecektir.−2023/Kasım ayı/dönemi öncesinde özel sektör işverenleri tarafından Türkiye İş Kurumuna işsiz olarak  kayıtlı  yabancı  uyruklu  sigortalıdan  dolayı  4447sayılı  Kanun'un  geçici  10  uncu maddesinde  yer  alan  teşvikten  yararlanılması  halinde,  işverenlerden  yabancı  uyruklu sigortalılardan  dolayı  ilave  6  aylık  süre  kapsamında  yararlanılan  teşvik  tutarları  geri alınmayacaktır. 2023/Kasım ve Aralık aylarında/döneminde işe alınan ve kapsama giren yabancı uyruklu sigortalılardan dolayı sigortalının yaşına, mesleki yeterlik belgesi sahibi veya mesleki ve teknik eğitim veren orta veya yüksek öğretimi ya da Türkiye İş Kurumunca düzenlenen iş gücü yetiştirme kursunu bitirip bitirmediğine göre belirlenen destek süresine ilave altı aylık destek süresi (0+   6, 24+6, 36+6, 48+6) verilmeyecektir.−2023/Kasım ayı/dönemi öncesinde özel sektör işverenleri tarafından Türkiye İş Kurumuna kayıtlı yabancı uyruklu sigortalının 4447 sayılı Kanun'un geçici 10 uncu maddesi kapsamında tanımlamasının yapılarak teşvikten yararlanılması ve 2023/Kasım ayı itibarıyla yararlanmaya devam  edilmesi  halinde,  bu  sigortalılardan  dolayı  teşvikten  yararlanma  2023/Kasım ayı/dönemi itibarıyla sonlandırılacaktır.

Since foreign national insured will not be registered as unemployed in the Turkish Employment Agency as of 2023/November period, an additional 6-month period will not be added to the existing support periods determined within the scope of the insurance premium employer's share support (incentive No. 6111) under the provisional Article 10 of Law No. 4447 for foreign national insured as of 2023/November period. In the event that private sector employers benefit from the incentive under the provisional Article 10 of the Law No. 4447 due to the foreign national insured registered as unemployed with the Turkish Employment Agency by private sector employers before the month / period of 2023 / November, the incentive amounts utilized within the scope of the additional 6-month period due to foreign national insured will not be withdrawn from the employers.
